Cast B Dress Rehearsals
Cast B Dress Rehearsals are scheduled for Mon 3/1, Tue 3/2, and Thur 3/4 from 5:00-8:00. Let us know if you have any transportation issues that we may be able to assist with. Please do your best feed your child before rehearsal and make sure they get plenty of rest at night. This can be a long week but is vital to the success of our show. Thanks for your cooperation.
1/16/10 Rehearsal Site Change
Rehearsal on Jan 16 will be at The Fairport United Methodist Church, 31 Church St in Fairport, (this is rte 31f, one block west of rte 250.)
Cast Call (if your character is not called, please practice lines, songs, dances at home):
Cast A, Aristocats: All cast members are called from 9:00-11:00
Cast B, HSM: Sharpay, Ryan, Troy, Gabriella ONLY from 11:00-1:15.
Cast C, HSM: Sharpay, Ryan, Troy, Gabriella ONLY from 1:15-3:30.

Cast B rehearsal runs from 9-11am. Cast B rehearsal will be early to accomodate Cast C auditions.
Joint parent meeting [Cast B&C] with GCYT board will be at 10:30am [Cast C kids should wait quietly in hall].
The meeting should be done by 11. We will hand out schedule for season which is also available on website. A list of volunteer committees will be sent via e-mail in about a week after the last of the volunteer forms are collected & assigned.
Cast C auditions will run from 11-2pm.
Parents remember to turn in audition forms, final payment [$80] and any other forms not turned in at 1st rehearsal -- we need medical, code of conduct, and volunteer forms on file for all cast members.
Please be aware that all of the casts for the 2009 -2010 season are full. We are not able to take any more performers this year.
